Zengo Customer Terms and Conditions

By booking a massage through Zengo.co, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

  • Hours: Bookings can be made from 6am to midnight, though therapist availability may vary.
  • Advance Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • 48-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling to receive a full refund.
    • No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment.
    • If the space for massage is not ready it may result in reduced treatment time.

2. In-Home Appointment Requirements

  • Space: Clients must provide a clean, private, and adequately sized area (enough room for a massage table and therapist movement).
  • Environment: The space should be quiet, calm, and free from distractions (ideally no pets/children present during the session).
  • Safety: The therapist reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Health Disclosure: You must inform your therapist of any allergies, injuries, or medical conditions before the session begins.
  • Professional Conduct:
    • No sexual behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will be tolerated. Sessions will terminate immediately in such cases, with no refund.
    • Therapists reserve the right to leave if they feel unsafe or disrespected.

4. Therapist Relationship

  • Independent Contractors: Therapists on Zengo.co are self-employed professionals, not direct employees. Zengo acts solely as a booking platform.
  • Vetting Process: All therapists are vetted for qualifications and professionalism, but Zengo accepts no liability for injuries or disputes arising during sessions.
  • Client-Therapist Agreement: Any issues (e.g., injuries, dissatisfaction) must be resolved directly between the client and therapist.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued for cancellations made 48+ hours in advance.
  • No refunds for:
    • Late cancellations (<48 hours) or no-shows.
    • Early termination due to client misconduct.
    • Dissatisfaction with treatment (clients should address this directly with the therapist).

6. General Terms

  • Liability Waiver: Zengo.co is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from massage sessions.
  • Changes to Bookings: Rescheduling is subject to therapist availability and the 48-hour policy.
  • GDPR Compliance: Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
